Payment For Studio Time
Clients working less than 15 hours are required to pay the cost of the studio time upfront. Any Client working more than 15 hours will be allowed to pay the remaining balance at the end of their scheduled session. Please note that all ProTools discs, audio CDs and hard drives will remain on TopShelf premises until the balance of the invoice has been paid. Time On Hold Sessions will be considered on hold until a 50% deposit has been made. No time on hold will be given away without us first notifying the person who placed it on hold. Once a 50% deposit has been received, studio time will be considered confirmed and billable.
All sessions are considered confirmed and billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed for half the time booked, with a minimum of 4 hours billed.
